Welcome to ourwork.life. By accessing or using ourwork.life (the “Site”) and subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site, creating an account, or subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms, which constitute a binding legal agreement between you and ourwork.life. These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

3. Subscriptions and Payment Terms
We offer subscription-based access to review, respond and update company information and reviews through our Site.
a) Payment
By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as specified on the Site. Payment must be made through our secure payment gateway, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fees.
b) Auto-Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly/quarterly/annually) unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your account settings.
c) Changes to Subscription Fees
We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. If we change the fees for your subscription, we will provide you with advance notice of the change. Your continued use of the subscription services after the fee change takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified fees.
4. Refunds
Refunds for subscription fees are only available under the following circumstances:
- If a technical issue or error on our part prevents you from accessing the subscribed content or services.
- If a subscription is mistakenly charged after a cancellation request has been made and confirmed by us.
Refunds will not be provided for unused portions of a subscription or for change of mind. Any request for a refund must be made within 14 days of the payment date. All refunds are processed back to the original payment method used.
5. Account Registration and Security
To subscribe to our services, you must register for an account on the Site. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ourwork.life and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
